1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Autofy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Autofy Inc. governing your access to and use of our AI-powered business operating system and associated services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

Relay Soulmate Plan

Per-employee access to the Relay AI assistant and Autofy workspace.

$100 /mo per employee

2.1 Relay Subscription: Users are billed a flat monthly fee per employee for access to the Relay AI assistant. This fee is charged automatically to your payment method on file.

2.2 Payment Failures: Failure to process payments within 72 hours of the due date will result in immediate suspension of AI services until the balance is cleared.

3. Knowledge Transfer

Where permitted by your workspace settings and agreement, Autofy may use anonymized or aggregated usage patterns to improve platform reliability, workflow logic, and product performance. We do not use private business content to train shared AI models unless explicitly authorized.

Specific workflows created by the user remain the property of the user. Usage patterns may be used to improve system-wide performance.

4. Data Ownership

Your Data, Your Sovereignty

Your organization retains ownership of business data, outputs, workflow configurations, and integration settings created or processed through Autofy, subject to your agreement with us.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
