Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided, except where required by law or covered by a stated satisfaction window.
Marketplace Add-Ons
Marketplace add-ons are generally non-refundable once activated or integrated into your workflow, except in cases of documented technical failure.
Specialized Knowledge
Access to Specialized Knowledge training modules is granted instantly. Refunds are only available if the content has not been accessed or viewed within 48 hours of purchase.
Storage Expansion
Storage expansion charges are prorated. Refunds are available for unused portions upon downgrade request within the current billing cycle.
